The Sports Exchange

The inside track for those who need to know

Just thought I would put up a quick post about what has been happening the last couple of days.

Played a bit of the Cricket yesterday (Pakistan v New Zealand) - Wow what a game - must admit I am not much of a conspiracy theorist when it comes to Pakistan, but if I was yesterday would have added much fuel to the fire.

Anyway things went well and I managed about a £250 win on the Match market even after taking off my tie insurance which when Pakistan were 9 down needing a bucket load I never thought I would need.

Football last night was another nightmare. Decided I wasn't going to have a bet, but with Liverpool 2-1 down at half time after being all over them decided to risk £75 on them to win the game. Could have traded out when it went 2-2 (Highly Dodgy penalty even if I do support them) but decided I would let it ride. You win some and lose some.

Also played a few horses over the last couple of days without any success. This is one area I need to cut out as unless it is a Big Meeting I am useless when it comes to picking the nags.

Anyway P&L since Sunday (which includes Sunday's Football & NFL) is as follows:

Thought I would also post up P&L for last 30 days as this highlights even more how I need to leave the gee gees alone, even after the Breeder's Cup winners. It's also easier than updating the P&L on here.

I notice that a couple of people on here and (www.betcatalyst.com) have great success with the horses - Any advice would be welcomed with open arms ;-)

Anyway don't fancy much tonight so will leave well alone. May well have a dabble on the Poker if I get a chance however. Anyone else on here play?

Thanks for the comment Eddy. I do tend to trade all forms of Cricket with different methods. Maybe I'll write up a forum post at some point to go through them. I am certainly no expert, so would welcome any constructive criticism or advice on it when I do, especially from someone like yourself who seems to have the Tennis trading down to a fine art.

good stuff on the cricket, do u trade all games or just 1 day games. Would love to get an idea of strategy for trading cricket. I have tried and been ok but i find the games too long for me.

Not being funny but does anyone apart from Gordon fancy posting Comments? It would be nice to hear from anyone who actually has any idea about Sports Trading?

My old buddy, Lance Cone, is over from the US next week. He brought American football to the UK 20 years ago. He has lived in Kensington for 30 years until driven out by Gordon Brown's non-dom tax on 4th April 2008. Good to see that SP is trading American football, amazing, and he made a profit, even more amazing!

Yes, SP, the gee-gees dont seem to be going your way. Ah well, pantomime season here again, few more horses on stage for you to follow.
