Nadal pulls out of Wimbledon. Murray now top seed in that half of drawer. Opening up very nicely for a fit in-form Murray. The fly in the ointment may well turn out to be an "under the radar" Del Potro. Number 5 seed currenty available @28 on BF. Beat Murray last time they played on Clay. Big serve. Tall. Should be well suited to grass. Would meet Murray in semi-finals if draw works out. If he beats Murray this could turn out good for Deeply Emotional Federer, who seems to have the edge on Del Potro, though not neccesarily Murray. Swings and roundabouts. You need to ponder the permutations, before getting stuck in, one way or another.
Elsewhere. F1 at noon qualifying. Lions v SA same time. Lions have a chance apparently live on Sky at 1pm same time as F1 qualifying live on BBC1.
US Open golf at some point on Sky. Rain seems to have turned it into a bit of a lottery, and more to come.
Twenty20 finals tomorrow, and Wimbledon kicks off Monday morning, with a week of glorious sunshine to follow.
Last day of Royal Ascot today.
Build up to Ashes on 8th July continues. Flintoff returning to form with the bat. Half century for Lancashire. Sounds good and omninous for Australia.
More stuff happening in the world at the moment, but we will leave that for now.
