John Tuohy ('J2E') is back home, sitting up and taking notice, and I spoke to the great man yesterday evening. We are meeting on Thursday and I hope this will lead to a gentle resumption of his skilled and pithy comments on sporting matters.

He is having intensive physio exercises on his typing finger, so no eacuses there.

As a focus for Betfair tales and news, he is widely renowned. With the BF flotation mysteriously deferred for an alleged six months (stockmarket conditions generally are soggy, I read) BF remains a private company with all the irritations to punters that members of this site have raised publicly in past blogs (search here for 'Betfair' to read the archived stuff).
